Odin's Athletes is a brand owned and operated by Omnia LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (collectively, "we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website at odinsathletes.com, use our Odin's Athletes mobile applications for iOS and Android, pair our Raven hammer sensor, make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). The website is powered by Shopify; the mobile apps are built on Google Firebase. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described below.
Personal Information We Collect or Process
The categories of personal information we collect depend on which Services you use. We collect the following:
From all Services
- Contact details including your name, email address, and (if you reserve hardware or place a website order) shipping address, billing address, and phone number.
- Account information including your username, password (stored encrypted; we never see the plaintext), gender, age, date of birth, body weight, hammer weight, and avatar.
- Communications with us including the content of customer-support inquiries and in-app feedback messages.
- Device information including your device model, operating system version, app version, and IP address.
From the website (odinsathletes.com)
- Financial information including credit card and payment card details (collected directly by Shopify and Stripe; we never store raw card data on our servers), transaction details, and payment confirmation.
- Transaction information including items you view, add to your cart, purchase, return, exchange, or cancel.
- Usage information including how you interact with the website, collected through Shopify's standard cookies and analytics.
From the mobile apps
- Workout data including hammer sensor readings (force, velocity, swing count, score), assessment scores, completed workouts, and program progress. This is health and fitness data.
- Berserker Bucks (BB) ledger recording every BB earned, purchased, and spent. BB is a virtual in-app currency with no monetary value.
- Subscription state including tier and renewal date, sourced from Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing receipts.
- GPS coordinates and pace during Run, Row, or Ruck "Infiltration" workout blocks ONLY. Foreground use only. Falls back to a manual stopwatch if you decline location access.
- Bluetooth pairing data with the Raven hammer sensor (the sensor's name and identifier).
- Raven reservation data if you reserve a Raven sensor in-app, including shipping address and (optionally) phone number.
What we do NOT collect from the mobile apps
- Microphone audio
- Photos beyond your avatar
- Contacts, calendar (other than optional event registrations you initiate), SMS, or call logs
- Browsing history outside our app or website
- HealthKit or Health Connect data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
- Sensitive categories: race, religion, sexual orientation, political views, biometrics
Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you when you create an account, use the Services, or communicate with us.
- Automatically through the Services from your device, including through cookies on the website and standard SDK identifiers in the mobile apps.
- From our service providers (Shopify, Firebase, Stripe, Apple, Google) when they collect or process your personal information on our behalf.
How We Use Your Personal Information
- Provide the Services. Authenticate you, fulfill orders, ship hardware, manage subscriptions, calculate cohort-aware fitness scores, run the Berserker Bucks economy, deliver workout audio cues, and respond to customer-support inquiries.
- Marketing (website only). Send you marketing emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time) and, where you have not opted out, show you website advertisements based on your browsing activity through Shopify's standard advertising tools. The mobile apps do NOT serve advertisements and do NOT participate in cross-app tracking.
- Security and fraud prevention. Authenticate accounts, detect duplicate sign-ups, prevent virtual-currency manipulation, and protect against unauthorized access.
- Communicating with you. Respond to support inquiries, send transactional notices about your account, orders, or subscription state, and notify you of shipping updates for your Raven sensor.
- Legal reasons. Comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, and enforce our terms.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third-party advertising networks from the mobile apps. We disclose personal information only as follows:
Service Providers (sub-processors)
We share personal information with the following providers under contracts that limit how they may use it:
- Shopify hosts our website, processes website orders, and provides analytics. Shopify may use website data in accordance with the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase provides authentication, database, file storage, and serverless functions for the mobile apps. All app data is stored encrypted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. See the Firebase Privacy and Security page.
- Stripe processes payment for Raven hardware reservations. Stripe collects card details directly through its PCI-compliant vault; we never store raw card data. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Apple StoreKit processes Berserker Bucks purchases and subscriptions on iOS. Apple does not share your Apple ID with us. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing processes Berserker Bucks purchases and subscriptions on Android. Google does not share your Google account with us. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Legal basis for processing (EU/UK users only)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR (and its UK equivalent) requires us to identify the lawful basis on which we process each category of your personal data. Below is the basis for each processing activity:

Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Where processing is based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time. To exercise either right, email support@omniallc.com.
Other Disclosures
- When you direct, request, or otherwise consent to disclosure (for example, when you ask us to ship a product to a third-party address).
- With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to subpoenas or search warrants, enforce our terms, and protect or defend our rights and the rights of our users.
Mobile App Specific Disclosures
App Permissions
The mobile apps request the following device permissions, used only for the stated purpose. You can decline any permission and continue using the app; the affected feature falls back gracefully.
- Bluetooth. Pair with the Raven hammer sensor.
- Location (when in use only). Distance and pace tracking during Infiltration workout blocks. Never collected in the background.
- Camera (iOS, optional). Card scanning during Stripe checkout for Raven reservations.
- Calendar (optional). Adding events you register for to your device calendar.
- Notifications. Workout reminders and lockscreen workout controls.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The mobile apps offer auto-renewing subscription plans (Basic at $4.99 per month, which unlocks the full hammer workout library; Premium at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, which adds the 90-Day Viking Program and the Viking Warrior Assessment) and consumable Berserker Bucks packs. Payment is processed by Apple StoreKit on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown in the app unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings.
Berserker Bucks (Virtual Currency)
Berserker Bucks ("BB") is a virtual in-app currency. BB has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between users. BB transactions are recorded in an audit ledger keyed to your account; this ledger is used only for refund disputes, fraud prevention, and economy integrity.
Tracking
The mobile apps do NOT track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs that share data with brokers, or cross-app identifiers in our mobile apps. The iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt is NOT shown by our app because there is nothing to track.
Relationship with Shopify (Website)
The website is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the website. To help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data from your interactions with our website along with other merchants and Shopify itself. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information. Third Party Websites and Links
The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites.
Children's Data
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these ages. We require all mobile-app users to enter their age at sign-up; accounts indicating an age below 13 are blocked. If we learn that we have collected information from a child below the applicable age, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact us at the address below to request deletion.
Security and Retention
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or later) and at rest. Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel and used only for support, debugging, or fraud investigation.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Workout logs are retained indefinitely so you can review your training history. Inactive mobile-app accounts (no sign-in for 24 months) may be deleted with prior email notice. Order and transaction records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with US tax recordkeeping requirements. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee perfect security.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. These rights are not absolute and, in some cases, we may decline a request as permitted by law.
- Right to access or know what personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right of portability in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
- Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, we will automatically treat this as a request to opt out for the device and browser you use. The mobile apps do NOT engage in any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Managing communication preferences. Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional emails about your account or orders.
If you reside in the UK or European Economic Area, you may also exercise:
- Objection to and restriction of processing for certain purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent where we rely on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
How to Delete Your Account
You may delete your mobile-app account at any time by opening the Odin's Athletes app and tapping Account, Delete Account. This permanently removes your authentication credential, profile, workout logs, leaderboard entry, Berserker Bucks balance, avatar, and reservations. Deletion is processed in real time; backups are purged within 30 days. You may also request deletion by emailing support@odinsathletes.com from the email address on your account; we will respond within 30 days.
To exercise any other right, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Complaints
If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For the EEA, you can find a list of supervisory authorities here.
International Transfers
If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our sub-processors.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on the website, update the "Last updated" date, and provide notice as required by applicable law. Material changes affecting the mobile apps will also be communicated via in-app notice or email.
