Delete Your Odin's Athletes Account
Option 1 — In the app
Open Odin's Athletes → tap your profile → scroll to the bottom → tap DELETE ACCOUNT. You will be asked to confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have access to the app, email support@omniallc.com from the address associated with your account. Include your name and the email you registered with. We will process the request within 5 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication record (email, password hash, UID)
- Your user profile, workout history, leaderboard scores, and Berserker Bucks balance from our Firestore database
- Any Raven sensor reservations associated with your account
What is retained
Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be tied back to you may be kept. Receipt records for any in-app purchases or hardware reservations are retained as required by Google Play, Stripe, and tax law (typically 7 years).
